Main functions and features:

2. It has 6 brushes driven by 3 motors or 6 motors (optional).
3. It adopts Japan Keyence photoelectrinic switch which can automatic LOW-E coating glass identifying.
4. The whole process is PLC controlled, manual and automatic running model is selectable.
5. Imported Sweden SKF oil-free water-proof bearings prevent the contamination of the water.
6. The brushes materials are high-temperature resistant nylon wire which can washing coating glass especially Low-e glass.The brushes and air- knife can automatic adjust the distance according to the glass thickness.
7. And the washing and drying section are all used 304 stainless steels materials.
8. And the motor is adopted discontinuous working method for saving power.
9. This machine has water heating circulation and wind heating circulation to ensure the washing and drying quality and efficiency.
